Our caring and nurturing teaching staff is the heart of our organization and we understand that they are an essential piece in your child’s early childhood development.  The teaching staff at Little Stars early learning center, LLC is dedicated to ensuring that your child is provided a safe, loving and educational environment while promoting their self-esteem and self-worth.

Our teachers are sensitive to each individual child’s personality, learning styles, interests and life experiences.  They use each of these aspects to develop the curriculum and learning environment, so that it reflects the needs of the current children.  This allows the children to feel comfortable and eager to learn in an environment created just for them.

Little Stars early learning center, LLC selects our staff based on their passion for teaching, in addition to a positive attitude, nurturing personality and an enthusiasm of working with children. Along with these qualities, we look at the employee’s previous experience working with children and their educational background related to early childhood.

All employees are required to pass a background check through the MN Department of Human Services Background Study Unit upon being hired.  They are also required to complete an extensive center and classroom orientation along with SIDS and Shaken Baby Syndrome, CPR, First AID, Child Development and continuous professional development training base on their position at Little Stars early learning center, LLC.
