Programs
Non-Mobile Infants (6 weeks through 8 months)
Enjoy the comfort of leaving your infant in an environment that is surrounded with loving and nurturing caregivers that are focused on creating an emotionally secure bond that is critical for developing healthy relationships throughout their lives.
Mobile Infants (9 months through 15 months)
As your infant begins to develop the ability to move and explore their environment, we continue to provide nurturing relationships where the caregivers provide the opportunity for each infant to discover and learn about the world around them through a variety of activities and sensory experiences.
Young Toddlers (16 months through 23 months)
This is an exciting stage for children as they are increasing their verbal and physical skills while actively exploring their environment. At this age they are developing a more consistent daily routine that also provides the opportunity for developing communication and building relationships with other children that is important throughout their day-to-day interactions.
Toddler – 2’s
During this stage of development, toddlers continue to expand their growing vocabulary at an amazing rate while beginning to increase their assertiveness and independence. We encourage children to learn and explore their environment through a stimulating and consistent daily routine, while providing boundaries to guide them safely though their day as they discover the world around them!
Early Preschool Learners (3 years to 4 1/2 years)
As their independence grows they are really developing the ability to express themselves through their thoughts, ideas and ever-expanding vocabulary. Our staff encourages each child to participate in both active and quiet activities that are teacher and child-directed to develop their social, emotional, physical, cognitive and language development as they explore their environment.
Pre-K Learners (4 ½ to the first day of kindergarten)
The focus in this classroom is to prepare each child for their exciting experience as they enter Kindergarten. They are working greatly on social relationships while increasing their ability to be self-sufficient at many tasks. Our goal is to give them the skills that are necessary for them to succeed in their future educational experience.
Summer School Age (Kindergarten through 12 years of age)
Our school-age children enjoy many great activities in addition to daily field trips in-town and several out-of-town field trips that keep them busy throughout the summer! They spend time swimming at Spring Lake Park; visiting the Humane Society; participating in the summer reading program at the Library while also enjoying many events that are sponsored by the Library; going to the WOW Zone; Jack McGowan’s Farm; the Como Zoo, the Treemendous Park in St. Peter and much, much more!
AM Preschool Program (3 years to 1st day of Kindergarten)
This program is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 8:30 – 11:30 from September to May during the school year. It is geared toward stay-at-home families or children who attend an at-home daycare, but would like to allow their child the opportunity to enhance their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development through a preschool experience.
