Our philosophy at Little Stars is to provide an environment where your child can learn, discover and grow through their own experiences and those provided by our loving and caring staff.  Our strong reputation of providing exceptional child care is evident through children who are excited to enter the doors each day and parents that are happy to pick up their child knowing that they are an active part of our program, curriculum and activities.

For your convenience our center, equipped with a security access system, is located in downtown Mankato on the corner of South 2nd and Main Street.  We are centrally located between Mankato and North Mankato with easy access from highway 169.  We take full advantage of being located within 1 block of the Blue Earth County Library where the children visit weekly to checkout books or enjoy special programs that are offered through the library.  In addition to the many other events, activities and parks that are located in the downtown area, we are located 3 blocks from the new School of Arts where the children are able to learn about art and explore their creativity.

As times change, we are doing what we can to support the needs of our community by offering extended hours as of Monday, August 24th, 2009! We are currentlyopen Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm and will be extending our hours to be open from 7:00am to 6:00pm. In addition to being open earlier and later, we will also be providing weekend care on both Saturday and Sunday.  If you are interested in weekend care, please, contact us right away at 507-625-2141 for more information.
